As a division of Master Clean USA Inc., the Premier Cleaning Company in Santa Barbara, YHM™ strives to meet the needs of a unique segment of our community looking for full time domestic housekeepers or consulting and training for their current full-time housekeeping staff. Our mission is to meet these needs for specialized home services with the same world class competencies as Master Clean USA has always strived to provide. Our goal is to provide quality domestic housekeepers and all support resources that give each of these households peace of mind.

Consulting and Training

YHM™ delivers a turnkey alternative for clients seeking problem resolution and comprehensive training for current full-time housekeeping staff. In YHM’s™ Tier Two, we meet the resource needs of clients who already have full time staffing in place, but struggle with training, problem solving, communication or other employee management sticking points. YHM™ becomes the one source for specialized preparation, communication support and translation services. In addition, YHM™ will be the client’s local liaison. We are available for the duration of the client’s contract for onsite problem resolution with the client’s employee/s in order to assist in helping prepare and support current staffing for a better long-term outcome of success in the home.

For clients who have full time housekeepers in place but that are struggling with retention, YHM™ provides a consulting service to resolve concerns and train domestic staff. Our professional liaison will customize the training as well as address standard protocols for product use (where and when and how), damage prevention and handling communication difficulties. In addition, personal appearance and attire, cultural difference resolution and helping to implement strategies for time management and task organization will be addressed. YHM will create a personalized training manual in Spanish and English for the household and for the staff’s ongoing reference. YHM™becomes your one comprehensive resource for domestic staff problem resolution and ultimate peace of mind.
